Goldstone - Red 40mm

Goldstone has one simple difference from most other minerals, centuries ago, man created it. It is speculated that alchemists were attempting to recreate gold and instead formed the spectacular mineral, goldstone. Made from brown glass and copper oxide, then heated to such a high temperature that the oxides actually crystallize. Although it has never achieved the stature of gold, it carries its own magnificence. Measuring approximately 40mm. Stand not included.
