Q: Will The Textured Element send an order confirmation via email?
A:  Yes.  If you provide your email address when placing an order you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
   
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all of your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q:
What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer a flat US rate of $4.99 for your entire order.  Certain heavy or oversized items may have additional shipping.  These additional charges are listed on the item's description & specifics.  Priority and expedited shipping also available for additional fees.

Q:
What methods do you use?
A:  We generally ship via USPS standard mail.  If you prefer an alternative method of shipment please call us 303-582-3862 to make arrangements.

Q:
Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes.  We are more than happy to ship your order internationally.  We simply ask that you contact us prior to purchasing so we can give you the best international shipping quotes.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Yes, we will ship your order to a P.O. box address.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we will ship your order to an APO/FBO address.

Q:
Will you hold my order and ship it at a later date?
A:  We will be more than happy to hold your order until a later date.  Please be sure to make a note of the preferred shipping date when you check out as well as call our Customer Service Center at 303-582-3862 to confirm.

Q:  Can I place an order by telephone?
A:  You can always place an order by telephone by calling 303-582-3862.   Our hours are Monday-Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm MST.  Orders can also be placed by fax 24 hours a day at 303-582-3862.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept checks, money orders and PayPal.

Q:  How can I makes changes or cancel my order?
A:  To make changes or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 303-582-3862.  We cannot accept returns on final sale or special order items as well as items damaged from normal wear and tear.

Q: How do I return an order?
A:  The Textured Element takes great pride in the products we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the items within thirty days of receipt of your order and we will exchange your item or issue a refund less any and all shipping and handling fees. Orders returned after thirty days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders received after 90 days cannot be returned or refunded. All clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All items must be returned in new undamaged condition with original packaging and must include either original invoice or purchaser name and item number.

Q: What if an item I ordered is backordered or out of stock?
A:  If an item you order is backordered or out of stock we will immediately contact you.  You will be able to choose to cancel the order, accept a suitable replacement or wait for the item to arrive with free upgraded shipping.  If we attempt to contact you and do not hear from you within three weeks your order will be canceled and refunded.

Q: Do you sell your products anywhere else?
A: Yes, we also sell our items on eBay.

Q: Why are your prices different on eBay and your website?
A: Due to eBay's additional listing and selling fees it is neccesary for our pices to be higher on eBay than our website.
