The Textured Element takes great pride in the products we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the items within thirty days of receipt of your order and we will exchange your item or issue a refund less any and all shipping and handling fees. Orders returned after thirty days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders received after 90 days cannot be returned or refunded. All clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All items must be returned in new undamaged condition with original packaging and must include either original invoice or purchaser name and item number.
